Mint Chutney
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container for up to a week
Tamarind Chutney
  1. Gently simmer all ingredients into a saucepan and simmer until thickened and reduced.
  2. Allow cool to room temp, then story in a tight fitting jar for up to a week.
