Payment Terms

Email confirmation of all work required to secure dates.

SHOOTS

• Cancellation or change of date within 2 days of shoot commencement require payment in full

• Cancellation or change of date within 1 week of shoot commencement require 50% payment

• Expense advance required prior to shoot prep beginning

• Labour invoice to be paid within 14 days

EVENTS

• Events cancellation fees noted on initial agreement/quote

• 25% non refundable deposit required to secure the dates

• 50% required 2 weeks prior to event

• Final 25% required on or before event date
