Lemon Lime Lychee Vodka Smoothie
(MAKES 24)
750 ml bottle of Lord Byron Distillery Vodka
5x 560gm cans of lychees & syrup
2 lItrES lemon sorbet
Soda water and mint to serve
METHOD
Blend lychees and their syrup to a puree, then strain to remove course pieces.
Combine with the vodka and store refrigerated covered until ready to serve.
1 part vodka lychee mix topped up with 1 part soda over ice.
Finish with a scoop of lemon sorbet and mint leaves.
