The Perfect Dirty Vodka Martini
60ml Vodka (as good as you can get and from the freezer)
10ml dry vermouth
2 green olives in brine
10ml olive brine
Method
Pre-freeze a martini glass.
Peel a small section of lemon skin.
Twist it and wipe the bruised skin around the rim of the glass, discard or add to the drink later.
Rinse the glass with the vermouth and drain.
Shake vodka and brine with ice. Hard and fast.
Strain into the cold martini glass, over the olives.
