Scallops with Tom Yum Nori Butter & Limes

 

INGREDIENTS

250 g butter
1/4 cUP tom yum paste
1 tbsP furikake
18 scallops in the shell
FRESH LIME, TO SERVE

Method

Combine softened butter with tom yum and furijkake.

Place a TSP on each scalloP.

loosen scallops before grilling and grill over med high heat.

SERVE WITH FRESH LIME.
