Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine the salt, garlic powder and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Top two slices of bread with half the cheese each. Top with the remaining bread slices and brush the tops with half the butter.
  3. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the sandwiches. Fry for 2 minutes, until golden underneath. Brush the tops with the remaining melted butter. Flip the sandwiches and fry the other sides for 2 minutes, until golden.
  4. Remove the crusts from two sides of each sandwich and then divide into three fat soldiers.
  5. Crack the tops off the eggs and sprinkle them with the spicy salt mix.
  6. Eat immediately.
