- Combine the salt, garlic powder and cayenne in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Top two slices of bread with half the cheese each. Top with the remaining bread slices and brush the tops with half the butter.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the sandwiches. Fry for 2 minutes, until golden underneath. Brush the tops with the remaining melted butter. Flip the sandwiches and fry the other sides for 2 minutes, until golden.
- Remove the crusts from two sides of each sandwich and then divide into three fat soldiers.
- Crack the tops off the eggs and sprinkle them with the spicy salt mix.
- Eat immediately.
