INGREDIENTS

250g FETTUCCINE pasta

1/3 cup Oomite X Pepe Saya butter, ICE COLD FROM THE FRIDGE

1/2 cup PECORINO CHEESE

1/2 cup parmesan CHEESE

1 Tbsp CHUNKY BLACK pepper

1/4 CUP PASTA WATER

Method

1. START COOKING PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKET INSTRUCTIONS.

2. GRATE Oomite X Pepe Saya butter INTO A BOWL. 

3. GRATE BOTH CHEESES INTO THE BOWL.

4. ADD PEPPER TO THE BUTTER AND CHEESE MIX.

5. TONG COOKED PASTA STRAIGHT FROM THE POT INTO THE BOWL WITH THE BUTTER AND CHEESE. DON’T TIP AWAY THE PASTA WATER!

6. USING TWO FORKS, IMMEDIATELY TOSS EVERYTHING TOGETHER UNTIL THE CHEESE IS MELTING.

7. ADD SOME PASTA WATER TO YOUR PASTA MIX, TO LOOSEN AND COMBINE EVERYTHING, until it’s all melted together and delicious.

8. grate some more parmesan on top.

9. fork. netflix. chill. enjoy.
