  1. Place gin limoncello, sugar syrup and water into the InFizz Fusion using the connecting pressure valve.
  2. Fix drink with 4-5 pumps of lever.
  3. Unlock pressure vlavce to release from the machine.
  4. Slide the red lever slowly to release excess gas and allow cloudy fizz to finish. Unlock the red valve all the way then undo the pressure lock to produce a seriously fizzy gin fizz.
  5. Pour over ice with thyme and lemon to garnish.
