Instructions
- Scoop the frozen sorbet into a bowl.
- Pour in half of the Prosecco and fork whisk until you have a smooth icy mixture (this could also be done in the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment).
- Whisk in the vodka and remaining Prosecco.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy.
- Make ahead 4hrs and store in jars in the freezer.
