Mexican Seasoning

2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 tablespoons chilli flakes

1½ tablespoons ground cumin

1 tablespoon ground coriander seeds

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

Combine and store in an airtight container for 3 weeks.
