Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180’c
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl with the milk, season with salt and pepper, and whisk.
  3. Add the chives and stir again.
  4. Pour into a paper lined or oiled tray and into the oven and reduce 160’c over for 20 mins until just set. Allow to cool.
  5. While that is hgappening, ram the oven back to 220 and cook the gems, till golden, 20 mins.
  6. Slice the egg into 8 or 16 equal rectangles, ready to lawyer.
  7. Then we layer:
  8. Wrap
  9. Tom chutney
  10. Ham
  11. Egg slices
  12. Sauce (bbq or chilli or whatever)
  13. Cheese
  14. Shallot strips
  15. Mashed gems on top
  16. Kewpie
  17. ROLL hard
  18. Wrap in paper and foil, freeze, LABLE…then on a breakfast morning gill on a bbg or in a pan cover and throw a little water in every now and the to help steam it.
  19. Take that shit straight to the beach. I got you x
