Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180’c
- Crack the eggs into a bowl with the milk, season with salt and pepper, and whisk.
- Add the chives and stir again.
- Pour into a paper lined or oiled tray and into the oven and reduce 160’c over for 20 mins until just set. Allow to cool.
- While that is hgappening, ram the oven back to 220 and cook the gems, till golden, 20 mins.
- Slice the egg into 8 or 16 equal rectangles, ready to lawyer.
- Then we layer:
- Wrap
- Tom chutney
- Ham
- Egg slices
- Sauce (bbq or chilli or whatever)
- Cheese
- Shallot strips
- Mashed gems on top
- Kewpie
- ROLL hard
- Wrap in paper and foil, freeze, LABLE…then on a breakfast morning gill on a bbg or in a pan cover and throw a little water in every now and the to help steam it.
- Take that shit straight to the beach. I got you x
