- Preheat the oven to 240’c fan.
- Make the flattie dough and set aside to rest.
- Place the broccoli in a large heat proof bowl and cover with boiling water for 1 minute.
- Drain and toss with olive oil and salt.
- Roll out 1/2 the flattie dough onto a piece of baking paper.
- Brush with ½ the passata, top with a single layer of cheese (½), then half the broccoli.
- Splash with a little more passata, and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.
- Into the oven for 15mins or until it is bubbling and golden on top while crisp and brown on the edge.
- Meanwhile prep the second pizza.
- Cut and eat as soon as is bearable.
