Spicy Goddess Sauce

SERVES makes 1 ½ cups

PREP TIME 5 min  

DIFFICULTY easy

INGREDIENTS

flesh from 2 avocados
3 tablespoons lime juice
A baby fist of coriander (cilantro) leaves, chopped
1–2 tablespoons jalapeno chillies(depending on how much heat you like)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1  tablespoon sea salt
2  spring onions (scallions), Chopped

METHOD

BLEND EVERYTHING until smooth. Store in the fridge for up to a week.

I know. What a ridiculous recipe.

But it won’t be once you’ve tried it.

To make a non-spicy version, remove the chilli but replace it with 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar
