- Soak the panko and milk together in a bowl and set aside for 10mins to soften
- In a bowl, combine the beef mince, chopped brown onion, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, chopped and oregano.
- After soaking, add the egg and milk/pavko mixture to the mixture and combine everything thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture into 4 and form into patties.
- Insert about 25gm of cheese into each one and form the patty around the cheese, ensuring the cheese is well encased.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little cooking oil. Cook the patties until they're golden crispy on both sides, which should take about 5 minutes on each side. Let them rest momentarily.
- To build your burger, grill the burger buns. Then, top the bottom bun with your favorite burger fillings, like beetroot, tomato, lettuce, barbecue sauce, tomato sauce, and mayonnaise.
- Place the cooked patty on top of the fillings, and finally, add the top bun.
- Squish it flat and smash it
