Salads. Plural. Honestly… do not shy away from the labour of love involved in this recipe. Yes its a simple delight to eat… but simple = separated and so too is the cooking process. But worth every step.
Rag Pasta w Peas + Prawns
A terribly deceptive fancy dish, in that it’s not. Plus the lesson here is about wine: Freeze ho hum leftovers in an ice cube tray, bag it up, and then don’t waste your favourite stuff when deglazing is demanded.
Hot Greek Salad–ish
A firm favourite from book one that deserves high rotation. It’s salad but it’s hot + it’s carby + it’s got cheese + it has a zingy passata party + it’s one pan baby, and feeds the lot.
