Instructions
- Place the butter, anchovies, thyme, garlic, lemon and mustard int a small food processor and blend to combine.
- Roll the butter into a log and wrap tightly in glad wrap. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
- Allow steak to come to room temp, drizzle with oil and salt generously.
- Cook over med-high heat in a frying pan for 4mins a side (for medium rare).
- Set aside to rest for 4 mins in a warm place with a large disk of butter on it.
